WHO IS HEATHER LEHMANN?
Heather Lehmann is a respected executive coach and organization development consultant with over 25 years of leadership and consulting experience. Heather is passionate about helping people be and show up as their finest selves so they contribute their very best at work and in every other aspect of their lives. She helps executives:
- Grow their leadership capabilities.
- Develop their teams.
- Initiate, implement, and sustain strategic change.
- Engage in critical conversations with their boards, leadership teams, employees, and other stakeholders.
A natural and intuitive coach and consultant, Heather establishes deep relationships with people quickly. She genuinely cares about them. This foundation allows her to delve into hard conversations with clients faster than otherwise would be possible. And because observations and insights are offered from a place of caring, people listen to the feedback, evaluate it, and then choose what they want to do with it. In this intimate, collaborative space, growth happens.
Heather has helped executives at some of the largest private and public sector organizations in BC grow as leaders while implementing complex, disruptive change – mergers/acquisitions, cultural transformation, technology shifts, business process redesign, relocations, and major reorganizations. Heather is an instructor for the UBC Sauder School of Business Continuing Studies. She developed and teaches the Change Management Fundamentals course in the Associate in Change Management Certificate Program.
Heather’s qualifications include an MBA from UBC, a degree in Psychology, a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coach Federation, an Advanced Certified Personal and Executive Coach (ACPEC) designation from the College of Executive Coaching, and advanced training/certifications in facilitation, change management, emotional intelligence, leadership development, and personality assessment tools.
